Job Title: Entry-Level Warehouse Associate
About the Role:
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! This is a hands-on, versatile position where you’ll support daily operations across multiple areas of our facility. Depending on business needs, you may assist with inventory, shipping and receiving, engine tear-down, or parts inspection.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys staying active in a fast-paced environment. No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll gain exposure to different aspects of warehouse and automotive operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Entry-level candidates welcome; warehouse, automotive, or parts experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to work where needed, including inventory, shipping, engine tear-down, and parts inspection
- Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device for basic data entry and tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to lift, move, and organize parts; comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift
Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory tasks such as putting away parts and pulling orders
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed
- Help with engine tear-down and basic parts inspection under supervision
- Use a tablet or mobile device to update inventory information
- Label, organize, and maintain parts and work areas
- Work with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
