THE OPPORTUNITY
We ship diesel engine parts to customers in over 180 countries from our Miami facility. Every day, hundreds of orders move through our warehouse — and this role is the engine that keeps them moving.
As our Order Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator, you will own the entire post-sale process: making sure orders are processed correctly, shipments go out on time, and any exception — whether a carrier delay, a customs issue, or a documentation error — gets resolved before the customer ever feels it.
You will work closely with our Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting teams. You will have real ownership, real visibility, and real impact from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Manage the Open Sales Order Report daily and keep every order on track
- Monitor order status and proactively flag aging or at-risk shipments
- Resolve shipping, carrier, customs, and delivery exceptions — fast
- Coordinate with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight carriers to keep orders moving
- Maintain accurate order documentation across our ERP, CRM, and accounting systems
- Communicate proactively with customers when issues arise — own the resolution end to end
- Spot patterns in recurring problems and help us fix them permanently

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
- 2 years in operations, logistics, shipping, or order fulfillment
- Hands-on experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight carrier platforms
- Comfort working in ERP, CRM, or order management systems
- Sharp attention to detail — you catch things others miss
- Strong communicator who follows through, every time
- You solve problems on your own and don't wait to be told what to do
- College degree or equivalent professional experience
- Must pass a background check
Nice to Have
- Background in industrial, diesel, marine, automotive, or international e-commerce
- Experience with customs documentation or international freight
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $50,000/year base salary
