At Didion, we’re seeking a Reliability Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department across multiple shifts—ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in producing grain-based food products.
What You’ll Do
- Champion reliability and maintenance excellence across the Mill, Soy, and Co-Packaging facilities.
- Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team, including mechanical and electrical technicians, planners, and procurement specialists.
- Drive proactive maintenance strategies using CMMS and predictive technologies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Oversee storeroom activities, department budgets, and capital projects to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with plant managers and cross-functional teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of growth through coaching, mentoring, and technical training for team members.
- Utilize Root Cause Analysis and reliability-centered maintenance practices to deliver sustainable solutions.
- Associate or technical degree in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of industrial maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing (process environment highly desired).
- Advanced CMMS proficiency and strong computer skills.
- Expertise in predictive maintenance technologies and data analysis.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development and collaboration.
- Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
- A proactive, positive approach to driving results and building trust.
