Duties
- Monitor, inspect and maintain airlines, hydraulics, sensors, fixtures. Re-grip stands, sensors and pins.
- Monitor and maintain machine coolant levels and machine oil levels.
- Promote and conduct machine & facility cleanliness.
- Perform preventative maintenance and machine repairs on a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor and maintain forklift, handcart and sweeper maintenance.
- Develop maintenance check sheets, work instructions, and schedules.
- Update required computer log information.
- Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment uptime and reducing downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service internally by supporting production teams with timely maintenance solutions that minimize disruptions.
- Participate in training sessions on new technologies or safety procedures to stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in an industrial mechanic or industrial electrician role within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with hydraulics and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration across teams.
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery issues quickly and effectively.
