What You Bring
- A strong foundation in Food Science, Grain Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in masa flour product development, operations, or commercialization.
- Deep knowledge of nixtamalization, corn varietals, and masa functionality.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and scale-up efforts.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
