Shifts: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am
Schedule: 2-2-3, 4 on/4 off, Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday or Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday.
Wage Range: $23-$27/hour based on experience. $3.00 per hour shift premium for nights!!

Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, equipment maintenance, and quality checks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining production machinery and equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses in production or manufacturing are a plus.
