We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Equipment Mechanic to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance (PMs) and breakdown repairs on a variety of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operation.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled PMs and respond to equipment breakdowns
- Troubleshoot mechanical and light electrical issues (wiring, diagnostics)
- Conduct welding, hydraulic, transmission, and brake system repairs
- Support OSHA inspections and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently
- Assist peers when needed and communicate effectively across departments
- Work safely at heights when required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable asking questions and jumping in to help others
- Agile and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
- Must own basic tools (sockets, wrenches, impact wrench, power drill)
- All specialized tools and equipment will be provided on-site
- Comfortable working at heights and in various conditions
- ASE Certification (preferred, not required)
- Diesel engine experience a plus
