What You’ll Be Driving (Literally & Figuratively)
- Locomotives, yard trucks, and other heavy machinery that keep our logistics flowing.
- Railcars and trailers — moved with precision and care.
- High-quality food products — loaded and shipped with accuracy and pride.
- Operate and inspect equipment.
- Support truck and rail loadouts to meet delivery timelines.
- Perform conductor/grounds duties in the rail yard.
- Keep equipment clean, maintained, and ready to roll.
- Use tech tools to track schedules and maintenance.
- Stay sharp on food safety and workplace safety standards.
- High school diploma or GED (bonus points for technical training).
- Experience with locomotives or yard trucks? Even better.
- Manufacturing or food-safe environment experience preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Team spirit, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- You’re comfortable with noise, dust, heat, and cold.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.
- Can work at heights over 20 feet and in confined spaces.
- Communicate clearly via 2-way radio and follow safety protocols.
