- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven experience with Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA), combustible dust compliance, and/or vapor hazard management in industrial or food manufacturing environments.
- Track record leading process improvements and capital projects.
- Strong command of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
- A hands-on approach and a drive to deliver measurable results.
