What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience loading trucks/rail cars is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in operating forklifts and/or Bobcats.
- Outdoor Enthusiast: Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Manufacturing Savvy: Previous experience in a manufacturing facility, ideally in a food-safe environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to work with and learn highly automated equipment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Operate equipment according to company procedures.
- Safety First: Follow safety protocols at all times.
- Clean & Organized: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Team Player: Communicate effectively with team members.
Physical Requirements & Environmental Factors:
- Adaptability: Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
- Strength: Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds.
- Agility: Comfortable ascending and descending stairs, ladders, and gangways frequently.
- Height-Friendly: Able to work at heights over 20', including on ladders, man lifts, harnesses, and scaffolding.
- Communication: Proficient in using and hearing 2-way radios.
