What You'll Do
Lead continuous improvement and capital projects that improve safety, quality, yield, and operational performance.
Analyze plant data and operational metrics to identify opportunities and solve problems.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause problem-solving initiatives.
Partner with production, maintenance, R&D, and leadership teams to optimize operations.
Serve as a technical expert, mentor, and coach for teams across the facility.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Demonstrated experience with Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA), combustible dust compliance, and/or vapor hazard management within an industrial or food manufacturing environment.
Experience leading process improvement and capital projects.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
A hands-on engineer who enjoys solving problems and making a measurable impact.
