- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools such as Microsoft Office.
- Support client services by processing orders, payments, and cash handling with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is highly preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, especially fluency in English plus additional languages.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies.
