- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Communicate repair progress and completion updates throughout the repair process
- Review repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery
- Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers
- Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient repairs
- Utilize digital vehicle inspections, photos, and videos to communicate repair needs
- Maintain Ford training requirements and product knowledge
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and department performance goals
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Service Manager preferred
- Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
- CDK Drive experience preferred but not required
- Experience with digital multipoint inspections and video communication is a plus
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
