Dick's Steak and Oyster is a dinner-only fine dining steakhouse featuring locally sourced Prime and Wagyu beef alongside fresh, flown-in oysters. We're a collaborative, respectful team that takes real pride in our craft, and we're looking for hosts to join us.
About the Role
As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first face our guests see and the one who sets the tone for their entire evening. You'll manage the waitlist, map out reservations, and keep the flow of the dining room running smoothly so every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. This is a tipped position.
What We're Looking For
- Organization: Able to maintain the waitlist and map out reservations accurately, even during a busy rush
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing needs in the dining room, including shifting tables, parties, and schedules
- Guest Focus: A warm, polished presence suited to a fine dining setting
- Communication: Clear communication with servers, bartenders, and management to keep seating balanced and guests informed
- Experience: Previous hosting experience in a fine dining or upscale environment preferred
- Teamwork: Dependable, team-first attitude, ready to support the front-of-house team during service

Open daily at 4:00 PM
Happy Hour | Monday – Friday | 4:00 – 5:30 PM
Closing Hours:
- Sunday | 9:00 PM
- Monday – Thursday | 12:00 AM
- Friday & Saturday | 1:00 AM
We offer a unique late-night menu Monday – Saturday after our full menu ends.
