Dick's Steak and Oyster is a dinner-only fine dining steakhouse featuring locally sourced Prime and Wagyu beef alongside fresh, flown-in oysters. We're a collaborative, respectful team that takes real pride in our craft, and we're looking for experienced bartenders to join us.
About the Role
As a Bartender, you'll craft cocktails and drinks for guests at the bar and throughout the dining room, while delivering the same polished, attentive service our guests expect at the table. You'll need to become well-versed in our steak and oyster programs so you can speak knowledgeably with guests, along with a solid understanding of wine and spirits to guide pairings and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
- Product Knowledge: Willingness and ability to learn our steak and oyster programs in depth
- Wine & Spirits Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktail technique, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations
- Guest Focus: A polished, engaging presence behind the bar suited to a fine dining setting
- Teamwork: Dependable, team-first attitude — ready to support servers and fellow bartenders during service

Hours of Operation
Open daily at 4:00 PM
Happy Hour | Monday – Friday | 4:00 – 5:30 PM
Closing Hours:
- Sunday | 9:00 PM
- Monday – Thursday | 12:00 AM
- Friday & Saturday | 1:00 AM
We offer a unique late-night menu Monday – Saturday after our full menu ends.
