The uncapped earning potential in a flourishing retail market is more than a dream!
At Dicks Pawn Superstore you will have access to over 4 million dollars of inventory including certified diamonds, Rolex watches, Louis Vuitton, and other luxury branded goods! Base pay starts at $22/hr plus uncapped commission with the potential to earn over $100,000/year.
We are excited to bring another talented sales associate on board so if you love having a guaranteed weekly paycheck and unlimited earning potential in a fast-paced, dynamic, and exciting sales environment.
Jewelry Associates start as Jewelry Associate Assistants with a starting commission at 1%. Associates average $10,000 in commissions the first two years. Experienced Sales Associates average $25,000 to $45,000 in commissions each year. The commission pay is uncapped.
We offer you:
- $22/hr. base pay plus 1% starting commission
- 4 day work week
- 4% uncapped commission as a full-time associate on qualified sales
- health/dental/vision benefits after 90 days
- work week vacation after a year with the company
- 401k after a year
- 12 hours of PTO (sick leave) when you start and another 12 hours after 6 months.
- Employee discount after 90 days
- Travel between all five (5) locations may be required.
- Saturday shift required. Closed on Sundays.
