We’re hiring Team Engagement Associates to join our in-person team supporting client campaigns through face-to-face customer interaction in retail environments. This is a full-time, entry-level role based out of our Sacramento office and requires a reliable daily commute. Training is provided.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy collaborative work, active environments, and working directly with people as part of a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working alongside a team in customer-facing environments
- Engaging with customers face-to-face in a professional, friendly manner
- Representing client brands clearly and consistently
- Supporting customer engagement and lead generation efforts
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, and daily check-ins
- Optional travel opportunities for events and client projects
