We're hiring Retail Marketing & Promotions Associates to support live, in-person marketing campaigns within retail environments on behalf of our clients. This is an entry-level, full-time, in-person position based out of our Sacramento office and requires a reliable daily commute. Training is provided.

This role is ideal for individuals interested in marketing, brand promotions, and customer engagement who enjoy working directly with people in a retail setting.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting live marketing and promotional campaigns in retail locations
• Engaging customers face-to-face to build brand awareness
• Representing client brands in a professional and approachable way
• Assisting with lead generation and customer outreach
• Collaborating with a team to execute daily marketing goals
• Attending in-person trainings and team meetings
• Optional travel opportunities for events, trainings, and client projects
