Job Summary
We are seeking Retail Customer Experience Associates to support our clients through face-to-face customer interaction in retail environments. This is an entry-level, full-time, in-person role focused on customer engagement, brand representation, and lead generation. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our Sacramento office on a daily basis. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers face-to-face in retail settings
- Create positive, professional customer experiences
- Represent client brands clearly and accurately
- Support lead generation and customer outreach efforts
- Maintain organized and professional retail spaces
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Optional travel opportunities for events, trainings, and client projects
Qualifications
- Entry-level role; no prior experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to Sacramento, CA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
