Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors, craft labor, and field personnel to maintain productivity and compliance with project plans.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe jobsite in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and manage project plans, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and field logistics to optimize efficiency.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects, preferably healthcare-focused.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations for healthcare facilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- Experience supervising subcontractors and managing field teams.
- OSHA certification required; additional healthcare or safety certifications a plus.
