5 Years on Large Commercial Mechanical & Plumbing Projects

We’re partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor in the Fort Myers market that’s looking to add a Plumbing Superintendent to their field leadership team. This person will run large commercial mechanical and plumbing projects and play a key role in delivering high-profile builds across the region.

What You’ll Lead

You’ll oversee plumbing scopes on complex commercial projects including:

• Healthcare facilities
• Municipal and state government buildings
• Higher education and K-12
• Large commercial campuses
• Mission-critical and data center work
  
  

Project budgets typically range $10M , with full plumbing and mechanical integration.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience supervising plumbing scopes on large commercial mechanical/plumbing projects
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, installation sequencing, QA/QC, and safety standards
• Experience coordinating with GCs, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal mechanical teams
• Proven ability to manage manpower, materials, schedules, and documentation
• Strong field leadership and communication skills
