What You’ll Lead
- Overseeing day?to?day field operations for plumbing scopes on commercial and industrial projects
- Managing crews, foremen, subcontractors, and field coordination
- Ensuring installation quality meets project specifications, codes, and company standards
- Driving jobsite safety culture and enforcing all safety protocols
- Coordinating with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and vendors
- Monitoring labor, materials, equipment, and productivity to keep the project on schedule
- Supporting layout, sequencing, and planning to maintain workflow efficiency
- Leading jobsite meetings, daily reports, and progress documentation
- Managing punch lists, testing, inspections, and turnover activities
- Strong background in plumbing systems for commercial and/or industrial construction
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specs, and installation details
- Proven experience leading field teams on mechanical or plumbing projects
- Clear, direct communication with both field and office teams
- A proactive mindset — you solve problems before they become delays
