Now Hiring: Mechanical Construction Project Manager | Raleigh, NC

We’re partnered with a growing mechanical contractor in Raleigh, NC seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex mechanical construction projects across commercial and industrial markets.

This role is ideal for a PM who has owned projects end-to-end and is comfortable managing scope, schedule, cost, and coordination on high-dollar mechanical work.

What You’ll Do

• Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, buyout, and change management
• Coordinate closely with field leadership, engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Drive schedule, quality, safety, and financial performance
• Lead owner, architect, and engineer coordination meetings

• Large commercial and industrial mechanical construction
• $10M project budgets
• Data Centers
• Education (K-12 & Higher Ed)
• Healthcare facilities
• Government / Public Works
• Pharmaceutical & Life Science
• Manufacturing & Industrial facilities
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction
• Strong background in HVAC and mechanical systems
• Experience in design-build and plan/spec delivery preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC
