Electrical Construction Division Manager – Rochester, MN

A well-established and growing electrical contractor is actively seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Division Manager to lead operations and project execution for large-scale commercial and industrial projects throughout the Rochester market and surrounding region.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background managing complex electrical construction projects, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational success across multiple projects and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee electrical construction operations for large commercial and industrial projects
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and field personnel
• Provide strategic leadership for project execution, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and client relations
• Drive operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects
• Mentor and develop project management and field leadership teams
• Work closely with executive leadership on growth strategy, staffing, and business development initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  
  

Project Experience Preferred

Qualifications

• 10 years of electrical construction experience
• Proven experience managing large commercial and industrial electrical projects valued at $10M
• Strong leadership experience managing project teams and operations
• Background overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project financials
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Stable work history with reputable electrical contractors
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
