Key Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee highway, DOT, earthwork, and concrete paving operations
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead subcontractor coordination and field execution strategy
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT and municipal standards
- Drive cost control, change management, and risk mitigation
- Interface with owners, engineers, and internal leadership teams
- Mentor APMs, Project Engineers, and field staff
- 5–15 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Proven experience managing DOT/highway projects
- Strong background in dirt work, grading, and paving
- Experience managing projects ranging from $10M – $150M
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Procore, and/or HeavyJob
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Base Salary: $120K – $175K
