We’re hiring a Concrete Construction Superintendent – Washington, DC

A well-established general contractor in the DC market is looking to bring on an experienced Concrete Construction Superintendent to oversee major commercial and industrial concrete packages. This team is known for stability, strong backing, and a leadership group that empowers superintendents to run their projects without micromanagement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead field operations for ground-up commercial and industrial concrete projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and safety programs
• Maintain quality control for foundations, slabs, tilt-wall, structural concrete, and related scopes
• Drive project delivery in alignment with budget, schedule, and client expectations
• Partner closely with project management and executive teams throughout the build
  
  

What You Bring

• 5 years managing concrete construction projects in the commercial and/or industrial space
• Experience overseeing $10M concrete packages or full project scopes
• Strong field leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans, problem-solve in the field, and maintain a safe, productive site
• Proven track record delivering high-quality work on complex projects
