A reputable and well-backed contractor in the DC region is seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to oversee large commercial and industrial concrete projects. This group offers stability, strong internal support, and long-term growth for project leaders managing high-value work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project management efforts on ground-up commercial and industrial concrete scopes
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, buyout, subcontractor management, and client communication
• Manage concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, structural concrete, tilt-wall, and site concrete
• Track cost controls, schedule progress, and quality requirements
• Partner closely with field leadership to deliver projects safely and successfully
  
  

What You Bring

• 5 years managing concrete construction projects in the commercial and/or industrial space
• Experience with $10M concrete packages or total project budgets
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and procurement
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
• Proven record delivering complex concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout
