Concrete Construction Estimator

We’re hiring a Concrete Estimator – Washington, DC

A strong, growing contractor in the DC market is looking for an experienced Concrete Estimator to support preconstruction efforts across major commercial and industrial concrete projects. This is a high-impact role with a company known for consistent work and a collaborative culture.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and industrial concrete scopes
• Analyze drawings, specs, and project requirements to create accurate quantity takeoffs
• Develop budgets for foundations, slabs, structural concrete, tilt-wall, and site concrete
• Work with project management and field teams to refine scopes and pricing
• Assist in bid strategy, subcontractor outreach, and proposal development
  
  

What You Bring

• 5 years estimating concrete projects in commercial and/or industrial construction
• Experience supporting $10M concrete project budgets
• Strong knowledge of materials, labor, production rates, and cost structure
• Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with both internal and external partners
