A prestigious organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with potential for a leadership position. The BCBA will perform behavioral assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). They will be contributing to the improvement of individuals’ lives by promoting positive behavior change and skill acquisition. The center offers $80 to $90 per hour, with additional opportunities for clinical leadership. Positions with the opportunity to transition into full-time include PTO as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors,
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings,
• Monitor and analyze behavior data, making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed,
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and behavior plans,
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and open communication, and
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring effective implementation of behavior plans.
  
  

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst,
• Active Virginia license (if you don’t have it, we have a licensing partner that can help you obtain it),
• At least 1 year of experience,
• High organizational skills, and
• Effective and compassionate communication skills.
  
  

Job Schedule

• Offering 1–3 days per week with at least 10 billable hours weekly preferred, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
  
  

Compensation

• $80 to $90 per billable hour
