Overview
The CEO of Diamond Mattress is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to assist with both household management and basic administrative/bookkeeping tasks for his Real Estate business. This unique role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping spaces organized and running efficiently — both in a home and small-office environment.
The position blends hands-on responsibilities (cleaning, organization, laundry) with light bookkeeping and administrative support. While prior bookkeeping experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Household / Facility Tasks
- Perform regular cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
- Deep clean bathrooms and kitchen areas as needed
- Handle laundry (wash, fold, and organize), change and make beds
- Take out trash and recycling; manage household supplies inventory
- Keep office and common areas tidy and organized
- Occasionally assist with errands or vendor coordination (e.g., maintenance, deliveries)
Administrative / Bookkeeping Support
- Process bills, invoices, and receipts accurately and on time
- Maintain accounts payable records for the company and/or household
- Track and categorize expenses; assist with simple budget summaries
- Communicate with vendors and service providers regarding payments or scheduling
- Support office operations with general administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, office administration, or property support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Discreet, trustworthy, and dependable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
Training & Growth
- Bookkeeping training will be provided for candidates eager to learn (QuickBooks, accounts payable, and basic expense management).
- Opportunities to expand into property management or administrative support within the company for those demonstrating strong performance and reliability.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or accounting software (a plus, not required)
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver’s license (for errands, if needed)
