Household Assistant / Mom's Helper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Household assistant / Helper to join our team, providing essential support across various caregiving and household tasks.

Household Support

• Cleaning and tidying (kitchen, common areas, bedrooms)
• Laundry (washing, folding, organizing)
• Meal prep and cooking
• Organizing spaces, decluttering, and maintaining household systems

Errands & Administrative Tasks

• Grocery shopping and pantry restocking
• Household errands (returns, post office, picking up items)
• Basic home management tasks (checking household supplies, tracking shopping lists)

Children Support (Older Kids)

• Supervising older children as needed
• Driving children to activities or appointments (if applicable)
• Assisting with homework, organization, or after-school routines
• Engaging children with positive, respectful communication and age-appropriate activities

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and trustworthy
• Prior experience with children or in a household support role
• Strong organizational skills; enjoys creating calm, clean spaces
• Able to follow and anticipate household needs
• Comfortable preparing simple, healthy meals
• Valid driver’s license (if driving is needed)
• Willingness to adapt as family needs evolve

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
