What You'll Do
- Proactively generate new banquet business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Respond to event inquiries with customized proposals that reflect client needs and budget.
- Conduct site tours, showcasing our spaces and amenities to inspire bookings.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design menus, layouts, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client communications in our CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.
