Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Renew Me Health and Wellness is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to serve as medical director and perform cosmetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators, fillers, biostimulants), weight loss and IV vitamin therapy treatments. Experience performing laser treatments is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments: cosmetic injectables (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators), weight loss, IV therapy, laser treatments

• Conduct consultations and develop personalized, comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure safe, effective results

• Educate patients on treatments, products, and post-care

• Encourage repeat and referral visits by building relationships with clientele

• Provide medical oversight for all services

• Collaborate with estheticians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional client experience. 

• Maintain Laser Safety Officer certification (practice will pay for certification if necessary to obtain)

• Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with state regulations. 

• Assist in business growth through patient education and retention

• Some administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Licensed NP in the state of Arizona, in good standing

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience

• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and assessment

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
