About the Role

This is not a typical assistant position.
You will work directly with Dr. Sorr as the right-hand and connective force that keeps the business running smoothly, clients engaged, and the brand experience elevated.

This role is highly visible, client-facing, and ideal for someone who thrives on energy, connection, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Support Dr. Sorr with daily priorities and practice flow

• Serve as a front-facing, client experience leader

• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and follow-ups

• Ensure an exceptional, polished client experience

• Act as a liaison between physician, staff, and clients

• Support operational organization and brand presence

• Organized, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent

• Backgrounds may include medical aesthetics, healthcare, insurance, concierge services, hospitality, or luxury client experience
