We’re a growing practice in Menlo Park committed to delivering elevated, patient-centered care.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector who is passionate about natural, preventative aesthetics. In this role, you will deliver injectable treatments, guide patients through customized treatment plans, and support our mission of science-based, non-surgical solutions.ResponsibilitiesPerform neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and related treatmentsConduct comprehensive consultations and create personalized treatment plansMaintain accurate charting and uphold all safety standardsEducate patients on aftercare, expectations, longevity, and preventative strategiesAssist with device-based treatments as needed (experience preferred but not required)Ensure a premium patient experience and maintain strong patient relationshipsSupport practice goals, retention efforts, and overall clinic successQualificationsActive RN or NP license in California2 years of aesthetic injecting experience preferredExperience with aesthetic devices (energy-based or otherwise) is a plus, not requiredStrong facial assessment skills and understanding of anatomyProfessional, patient-centered communication stylePassion for prevention-focused aesthetics and natural, high-quality outcomesCompensation & Growth$65/hr starting commissionOngoing training and continuing education supportCollaborative, supportive clinical environmentOpportunity to grow with a fast-expanding, preventative-focused practiceIf you’re an experienced injector who values natural results, preventative care, and a science-driven approach, we’d love to connect.
