Our clients span the Tampa Bay region. From design through construction, we make complex engineering projects clear and understandable, creating open dialogue with residents and stakeholders to address concerns and build trust. What You’ll Do
- Respond to community questions and track resolutions
- Turn technical details into clear, concise public information: fact sheets, FAQs, newsletters, and more
- Develop engaging web and social media content, graphics, and short videos
- Proofread and polish documents for accuracy and clarity
- Create ADA-accessible PDFs to ensure inclusivity
- Support public meetings and events, from planning to execution
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to foster transparency and trust
What We’re Looking For
- A strong communicator who thrives on deadlines and details
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, PR — or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years in public relations or communications
- Excellent writing skills (AP Style preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WordPress and Canva experience a plus
- Organized, adaptable, and ready to work independently — at your desk or in the field
- Professional presence and a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel (primarily in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties)
