Mon–Thurs: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Fri: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
One Saturday/month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk/Patient Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities include:
Greeting and registering patients
Collecting payments and verifying insurance
Confirming appointments and reviewing schedules
Providing cost estimates
Assisting technologists by helping patients change and escorting them to MRI
Helping keep clinic operations running smoothly

Qualifications
High school diploma required
Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
