The PRN Patient Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and financial processes. This Patient Representative role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare environment.

As a Patient Representative, you will support both patients and clinical staff while maintaining efficiency, compassion, and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Patient Representative to join our team at our Overland Park Location. The Patient Representative will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival

• Register patients accurately in the electronic system

• Verify insurance and collect applicable copays or balances

• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls

• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

• Communicate effectively with technologists, radiologists, and clinic staff

• Support overall front office workflow and patient experience
