Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC Associates Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Maintainaccurateand confidential client records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Stayup to datewith current developments in mental health treatment and best practices

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in counseling, Psychology, orrelatedfield.
- Licensed ProfessionalCounselor Associate orLicensed ProfessionalCounselor (LPC).
- Experience in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provenrecord of accomplishmentof successful client outcomes.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingualproficiencyis an asset.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Master's degree in counseling or related field
- Valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state
- 3 years of experience in counseling or related role
