Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Certification in Family Medicine or relevant specialty.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or certification in Pain Management.
- Specialized training or experience in Geriatrics and Pediatrics.
- Trauma nursing certification or experience in trauma care settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed clinical assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans focusing on family medicine and pain management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes and patient safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
