Role Description
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager Admin for a full-time, on-site role based in Sugar Land, TX. The Property Manager Admin will oversee daily operations, manage property administration, coordinate with tenants and vendors, create reports, and maintain accurate records of property activities. This position supports property managers in facilitating smooth operations while ensuring tenant and customer satisfaction.
Salary: $20-$25 an hour based on experience
Qualifications
- Property management skills, including tenant relations, vendor coordination, and lease administration
- Administrative expertise with proficiency in scheduling, document management, and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
