Role Description
The Investor Relations Associate will support and enhance relationships with investors and stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing investor reports and presentations, conducting financial analysis to support investment opportunities, handling inbound and outbound communications with investors, and coordinating meetings and events.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Sugar Land, TX office, requiring close collaboration with internal teams to address investor inquiries and ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations
Salary: $30-35/hr
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Investor Relations and experience managing stakeholder communication effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data related to investments and portfolio performance
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations with clarity and professionalism
- Understanding of Investments and Private Equity, with knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in real estate or private equity is a strong plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
