Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Leasing Admin role located in Sugar Land, TX. The Junior Leasing Admin will be responsible for lease administration, managing tenant documentation, assisting with lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include supporting resident retention initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Salary: $20-25 an hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Resident Retention and Customer Service to provide a positive tenant experience.
• Knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration processes, including lease agreements and compliance.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems to manage lease documentation and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management, real estate, or related fields preferred.
• Prior experience in property or leasing administration is a plus, though not required.
