Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MMIS Testing Lead to support mission-critical testing and validation activities for Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). This role requires a professional with strong business-side testing expertise, capable of designing comprehensive test strategies, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring system integrity across complex healthcare program environments.
The consultant will work closely with stakeholders, project leadership, and IT teams to validate system enhancements, ensure compliance with regulatory mandates, and support the successful delivery of system upgrades driven by federal and state requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with system project leads and IT teams to plan and execute testing strategies
- Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts across multiple systems and stakeholder groups
Test Case Development
- Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
- Analyze system dependencies and evaluate impacts across interconnected programs and platforms
Testing Execution & Defect Management
- Conduct functional and business-side testing across MMIS and related systems
- Record, track, and analyze test results; identify defects and support remediation efforts
- Validate fixes and ensure resolution aligns with business requirements
Business Process Analysis
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of supported business domains, workflows, and interdependencies
- Assess how system changes impact operational processes and service delivery
Regulatory & Policy Alignment
- Support projects driven by federal regulations, state mandates, and policy updates
- Participate in research, planning, development, and implementation of system and process changes
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Engage effectively with project teams, leadership, and IT staff
- Communicate findings, risks, and updates clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and testing sessions as required
Documentation & Reporting
- Document testing activities, methodologies, and outcomes
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, issues, and recommendations
Experience
- Minimum 3 years Proven experience in MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems) testing is mandatory
- Demonstrated background in business-side system testing, validation, and analysis
- Experience working on government or large-scale public sector projects is highly preferred
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to gather and analyze data, apply logical reasoning, and solve complex problems
- Experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking methodologies
- Understanding of system integration and cross-functional dependencies
