Job Description
- Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of materials, equipment, vendors, and crews across multiple active construction jobsites, adjusting priorities to meet changing project timelines and site conditions.
- Procure construction materials, rentals, and services by obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving vendor, quality, or supply issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Partner with Superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with each phase of construction.
- Monitor order status, delivery tickets, invoices, and project documentation while maintaining accurate records and supporting accounting with invoice reconciliation.
- Provide administrative support by managing project files, communicating schedule updates, operating office equipment, and assisting with additional office and project coordination responsibilities as needed.
- Associate’s Degree
- Experience with aggregates and concentrate
- ProCare software
- Must have (2) years of purchasing, scheduling, or construction support.
- Must be proficient with Google Drive, MS Office
- Prior experience with negotiation, vendor management, cost control, and schedule adherence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
