About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Memphis office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, improving processes, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll handle essential office administration, ensure the workspace is well-maintained and organized, and provide reliable support to both leadership and employees. In this role, you’ll also manage key onboarding and offboarding responsibilities, playing a crucial part in setting employees up for success on day one and ensuring smooth, well-coordinated transitions when team members leave the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with Human Resources to support On/Off boarding including, but not limited to:
- Assist with the execution of all aspects of new employee onboarding to ensure each team member is fully prepared for their first day.
- Set up new devices, install required programs, and prepare equipment for new hires, including confirming login credentials, testing passwords, and ensuring necessary permissions are in place.
- Coordinate offboarding tasks including the collection of company property, closure of system access, and communication with IT and department managers.
- Assist with completion of final paperwork, status changes, and processing exit materials.
General office duties including, but not limited to:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Monitor and restock office, kitchen, and restroom supplies.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Order, track, and maintain company devices such as laptops, tablets, and phones.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers as needed.
- Assist with document management and maintain organized records.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and support teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other departments to keep operations aligned.
- Help keep daily office operations running smoothly and efficiently.

- Office administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
