In this role, you will manage incoming calls, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Maintain accurate records of calls, visitors, and inquiries received
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
