- Own the order lifecycle: quote, entry, follow-up, shipment tracking.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service; B2B background preferred.
- Strong computer and phone proficiency.
- Ability to learn technical product details and recommend the right parts.
- Sales and parts counter exposure is a plus.
- On-the-job training: technical product knowledge, business systems, and policy/procedure orientation.
