The challenge
Lead with clarity: Translate the plan into action—assign work, align priorities, and keep output on track. Grow talent: Recruit, select, onboard, and train; coach with purpose; conduct fair performance reviews; reward great work; address issues decisively. Protect safety & quality: Enforce procedures, maintain a clean environment, and champion plant safety, health, and environmental programs—particularly the STOP program. Deliver results: Monitor production flow, re-balance resources, resolve roadblocks, and report shift performance with accuracy. Delight customers: Uphold quality systems to achieve 100% on-time delivery and satisfaction. Improve continuously: Lean into special projects and CI efforts that move the needle.What it takes
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency across Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience welcome.
