We are searching for an experienced Operator at our Plant 12-Fremont-IN facility. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

Dexter, the premier manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, venting products, trailer parts, accessories, and towing components serving the commercial trailer, RV, heavy-duty, marine, agriculture, and manufactured housing markets has an opportunity for Production and Assembly workers at our manufacturing facility located in Fremont, Indiana.

Must be able to perform daily work duties and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the essential knowledge, skill, ability and/or physical demands required. Additional or different requirements may exist depending on the role.

• Understand and execute all work in safe and responsible manner.
• Perform a variety of duties, including bench, floor, or conveyor assembly work involving standardized work elements.
• Work cooperatively with others in a team environment.
• Complete tasks within designated timeframes to meet production standards.
• Regularly report for work on time to support production needs and goals.
• Possess physical ability to meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing/production job, including:

• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Wear personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes.
• Work in a loud manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled
